NOW_ Sophie Gédéon & her Med'EqualiTeam need volunteers on Samos!

In January, there are still more doctors, nurses and other medical personnel needed on Samos to provide basic medical care to the <4000 refugees on the island. Living in a camp made for only 650 people, the conditions are extremely tough for those refugees without formal housing living in makeshift tents in winter - and their health is suffering due to this!

Our hearts go out to all of those on Lesbos

Our hearts go out to all of those on Lesbos. We are shocked by the tragedy on the island, but even more so about how often humanitarians have warned about this without anyone listening. Our thoughts are with all people affected, people that were already living in severe conditions.We are currently assessing different ways on how to provide a response on the island and will provide updates soon.
