In January, there are still more doctors, nurses and other medical personnel needed on Samos to provide basic medical care to the <4000 refugees on the island. Living in a camp made for only 650 people, the conditions are extremely tough for those refugees without formal housing living in makeshift tents in winter - and their health is suffering due to this!
Do you have a medical background and can you help? Check this out for the posting - they need both a medical coordinator for the long-term (4+ months) and shorter term medical volunteers.
